Tiffin Indian Restaurant – June 2011
It is the attention to detail in Tiffin’s food that elevates it above the rest. Basmati rice is flecked with toasted cumin seeds and cardamom, the garlic naan is charred and blistered in all the right places and finished with a sprinkling of fresh and zingy coriander, the pistachio kulfi is home-made and delicious with its hint of mysterious cardamom.
